How long does the assessment take?
It is 60 questions. Plan for about 10 to 15 minutes, depending on how quickly you move.
What do I get after I finish?

When do I get my results?
Right after you complete the assessment, you will see your result and score.
Do I need to finish it in one sitting?
Ideally yes, so your answers reflect one honest snapshot. If you need to pause, do your best to come back and finish it soon.
How does the scoring work?
Your answers add up to a total score. That score places you into one of the three result categories.
The goal is not perfection. The goal is accuracy about how your inner voice is running your life right now.
