Becoming the Captain of Your Life

A 4-Step Process to Stop Living on Autopilot and Start Creating the Life You Want!
Step 1: Find Your Place on the Map

In our first step, we do what any good captain does when he's lost: we stop the ship. You've been sailing in circles, running on autopilot, and feeling stuck and frustrated every time a new plan doesn't last. So, we'll get a clear, honest picture of your starting point by taking a full inventory of your ship (your body) and your compass (your mindset). We do this first because a captain can't chart a course to a new destination until he knows exactly where he is right now. The fog begins to lift, and you gain a clear, judgment-free understanding of your exact starting point.

Step 2: Define Your Destination

Most people stuck on autopilot have no real sense of direction. They start to react to life as it happens, instead taking charge and directing their life. This leaves them having a vague desire for something better. In this step, we work together to create a clear and realistic vision of the life you actually want to live, not the one you fell into. Together, we define what “feeling confident in your own skin” really looks like for you, inside and out. A captain never sets sail without a destination. This vision becomes the North Star that guides every decision you make from here on out.

Step 3: Build Your Engine Room

In this step, we will design your engine room: a personal accountability system to keep you truly on track. Instead of starting a new plan with high motivation, only to watch it fall apart weeks later when life gets in the way, we will build a customized plan to power your ship. We build this system because a map and a destination are useless if your ship, your body, has no power or energy to move forward, especially on difficult days. You will have a powerful, personalized engine for self-accountability, giving you the ability to stay on course and keep moving forward, no matter what storms come your way.

Step 4: Chart Your Daily Course

With your destination set and your engine built, it's time to chart a new path. We'll design the small, sustainable habits for your mind and body that will serve as your daily map. This is the opposite of making drastic lifestyle changes overnight that are doomed to fail. We do this now because a destination and a powerful engine are useless without a clear, sustainable route to get there. At the end of this step, you’ll have a clear, actionable blueprint and the confidence that comes from knowing exactly how to captain your ship so you can move forward decisively each day, powered by a proven system. When you live this way, you begin to feel confident in your own skin and finally feel alive again.
