I'm Eamon, a certified life coach and certified spiritual coach, and I'm here to help.

My superpower has always been listening.

People come to me when they need space to think out loud and feel understood.

A few years ago, I felt burnt out. On the outside, life looked fine. But inside, I was overthinking everything and running on empty. I wasn’t enjoying my life at all. I hit a wall and turned to self-help books, mindfulness, and daily meditation. Slowly, things started to shift.

People noticed. They asked for help. That’s when I realized this is the work I want to do.

Now, I help high-achieving professionals feel calm, present, and alive again.
I do it by listening deeply, asking real questions, and helping you clear the mental clutter so you can reconnect with what matters most.

You’ll get a digital welcome guide to reflect on before we meet for your 90-minute discovery session.
That session helps us get clear on what you want from coaching.
It sets the foundation for our work together.
From there, we meet once a week for 50 minutes for 3 or 6 months
